Uniform Refund Process

With the cancellation of the Coyotes season, we will be issuing full refunds for the uniforms and apparels that were ordered and paid for.  

We will be issuing cheques.  

To facilitate this, we ask that you promptly fill out the form at the following link:

For those that are interested in keeping all or parts of your order, send an email to svsc.coyotes@gmail.com by Friday June 5th.  After this date, we will treat all orders as a full refund.

As soon as we get all of the responses back, we will arrange for the distribution of the refunds and hope to have this done by the end of June.
