Seaway Valley Soccer Club is proud to announce the launch of its 2025–2026 Technical Plan, outlining a clear and connected vision for player and coach development across all levels of the club — from House League to Blazers, U21, and Adult (Senior, OT35, and Masters) programs.
The new plan builds on the strong foundation established in recent years and focuses on providing a consistent, player-centered approach to training, competition, and long-term development.
“Our goal is to make sure every player in our club — no matter their age or level — has access to quality coaching, structured development, and a positive soccer experience,” said Ed Irvine, Club Head Coach. “This plan ensures that players and coaches are supported at every step of their journey.”
The 2025–2026 Technical Plan highlights key areas of focus, including:
Enhanced player development through progressive, age-appropriate training
Expanded coach education and mentorship opportunities
Stronger alignment between recreational, competitive, and adult programs
Continued commitment to the club’s values of teamwork, respect, and community
This two-year plan reflects Seaway Valley Soccer Club’s ongoing commitment to creating a complete soccer pathway in Cornwall and the surrounding region — helping players grow from their first kick to lifelong participation in the game.
