Our Senior Competitive program is for players who are looking for advanced training in a competitive environment. The program is for any player over the age of 17 and have aged out of our youth programs.  

Most teams train at least once per week and compete in the OCSL where our teams play against teams in the EOS, ASG and SOSA (Eastern and South-eastern Ontario, and Western Quebec).

We currently operate the following senior competitive teams:

• Women's Under-21 (Thursday Nights) -  Tryout Registration Open
• Men's Under-21 (Wednesday Nights) -  Tryout Registration Open
• Men's OT 35 (Friday Nights) - By Invite Only

OCSL also operates Men's and Women's competitive leagues, Men's and Women's recreational leagues, Men's Old Timers Leagues (Over-35) and Men's Masters (50+) Leagues.

The following are the time blocks for the U21 program tryouts; all tryouts will be held at the Benson Centre in Cornwall (800 Seventh St W, Cornwall, ON K6J 0A3):

Friday 4th April:

• Women: 6.30pm to 7.30pm
• Men: 7.30pm to 8.30pm

Saturday 12th April

• Women: 8pm to 10pm
• Men: 4pm to 6pm

Saturday 26th April

• Women: 4pm to 6pm
• Men: 8pm to 10pm

To be considered players MUST make at least one tryout.
